Comparing different types of zirconia for full-mouth dental implants
Monolithic Zirconia Full-Mouth Implant Supported Rehabilitation Behavior
This study is testing how well different types of zirconia materials for full-mouth dental implants work over at least a year to see if they cause any problems for patients.

What this trial studies
This observational study investigates the performance of full-mouth implant-supported rehabilitations using different types of zirconia materials: monolithic zirconia with a buccal veneer, full contour monolithic zirconia, and zirconia veneered with feldspathic ceramic. The study aims to assess prosthodontic and biological complications over a minimum follow-up period of one year. Data will be collected in a private clinic, with investigators calibrated to ensure high inter-observer agreement in assessments. The study will not utilize magnifying tools for recording complications.
Who should consider this trial
Good fit: Ideal candidates include adults aged 18 and older who require full-mouth implant restorations and have no contraindications for implant placement.
Not a fit: Patients with systemic diseases that could affect healing or those not undergoing full-mouth rehabilitation may not benefit from this study.
Why it matters
Potential benefit: If successful, this study could lead to improved outcomes and reduced complications for patients receiving full-mouth dental implants.
How similar studies have performed: Previous studies have shown promising results with monolithic zirconia in dental applications, suggesting potential for success in this approach.
