What this trial studies
This intervention aims to improve the quality of life among older adults by addressing issues related to sleep, physical activity, and environmental factors. It involves a web-based course titled 'Light, activity and sleep in my daily life' that encourages participants to modify their routines and environments to promote better health outcomes. Who should consider this trial
Good fit: Ideal candidates are Swedish-speaking individuals aged 70 and over who live independently and are ambulatory.
Not a fit: Patients with conditions that hinder their ability to participate in the program may not benefit from this intervention.

Inclusion Criteria: * aged 70 and over, ambulatory and sighted, * Swedish speaking, * living independently in one-person households in ordinary apartments and * receiving no or limited home care services. Exclusion Criteria: Study participants will be excluded if they have any condition that makes it difficult to participate.
