What this trial studies
The Jiaxing Birth Cohort is a comprehensive observational study that investigates the impact of prenatal risk factors and early life feeding practices on the growth and health of children in China. It involves a large sample of 338,413 mother-child pairs recruited from the Jiaxing area between 1999 and 2013. The children are followed up at various stages from infancy to preschool age to assess conditions such as childhood obesity, anemia, and pregnancy complications. The study aims to provide valuable insights into the early determinants of health in children.
