What this trial studies
This study evaluates the effectiveness of Mindhelper.dk, a self-guided digital mental health service designed for individuals aged 15-25. Participants will be recruited through social media and randomly assigned to either receive information about the service or be part of a control group. The study will measure various outcomes related to well-being and psychological functioning at multiple time points post-randomization. Additionally, qualitative interviews will be conducted to gather insights from participants in the intervention group, and a cost-effectiveness analysis will be performed.
