What this trial studies
This initiative focuses on implementing and evaluating an eHealth literacy workshop designed to empower women and men aged 45-75. The workshop, conducted over three sessions, aims to enhance participants' ability to navigate digital media effectively, enabling them to set appointments, search for healthcare providers, and critically assess health information. Participants will engage in interactive sessions that cover essential skills for safe web surfing and accessing credible health resources. Data will be collected at the beginning and end of the workshop to evaluate its effectiveness.

Inclusion Criteria: * Women and men ages 45-76 * Must be able to read and write in Hebrew * Must have access to the internet * Must have basic computer skills (including web surfing, information searching, and basic website navigation skills). Exclusion Criteria: - Women and men who don't meet the above criteria.
