What this trial studies

This initiative focuses on implementing and evaluating an eHealth literacy workshop designed to empower women and men aged 45-75. * Women and men ages 45-76
* Must be able to read and write in Hebrew

Exclusion Criteria:

- Women and men who don't meet the above criteria.
