What this trial studies

This study aims to enhance the effectiveness of digital mental health interventions for anxiety and depression by utilizing machine learning to develop precision treatment rules. Participants, who are Kaiser Permanente members, will be randomly assigned to one of three established digital programs after completing baseline assessments.
