What this trial studies
This study evaluates the feasibility and effectiveness of a digital psychosocial tool called Wysa in enhancing life skills and overall wellbeing among college students at the Indian Institute of Technology, Gandhinagar. Participants will use the Wysa app, which features an AI-based chatbot and various resources, over a two-month period. The study employs a mixed methods pre-post design, assessing resilience, self-efficacy, problem-solving, and wellbeing through baseline and follow-up assessments. Additionally, qualitative interviews will be conducted to gather feedback on the app's acceptability and effectiveness.

Inclusion Criteria: * Are between 18-25 years of age * Are a student of Idian Institute of Technology, Gandhinagar (IIT Gandhinagar) * Are able to read and understand English * Have access to an internet enabled smartphone Exclusion Criteria: * Have previously used Wysa app (the intervention) * Presence of self-harm/suicidal risk
