What this trial studies
This observational study aims to explore how daily stress and global crises impact the mental health and quality of life of young adults aged 18-29 in Poland. It will analyze various risk and protective factors, including personality traits, psychological resilience, and relationship closeness, to understand their role in adapting to stress. The study will involve a representative sample of 600 participants who will complete psychological scales and questionnaires over time to gather comprehensive data on their experiences. The findings could provide insights into how to better support young adults during challenging times.
