What this trial studies

This program aims to empower women who have previously participated in a diabetes prevention program to become community leaders in health promotion. Participants will develop skills in planning, implementing, and assessing health initiatives that address sedentary behavior and promote healthy lifestyles. The program consists of 12 sessions where women learn leadership and facilitation skills, as well as how to evaluate community needs and resources. Following the training, participants will form action groups to implement health promotion programs targeting various community demographics.

* had to have interest and ability in developing programs
