What this trial studies

This observational study aims to track the incidence and prevalence of cardiovascular diseases among newly appointed cadets in Naval Academies from 2014 to 2025. Participants will undergo physical examinations and complete questionnaires regarding their dietary habits, physical activity, and mental health, including anxiety and depression levels. Blood tests will also be conducted to gather comprehensive health data. Follow-up interviews will occur every three years, with a total follow-up period extending ten years after the last class enrollment.

Not a fit: Patients who are not enrolled in the Naval Academies or who do not provide signed consent will not benefit from this study.
