What this trial studies
This program aims to improve the quality of life and reduce stress among employees at a cancer center through a structured intervention that includes meditation and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Participants will engage in three weekly sessions focusing on different themes related to mindfulness and psychological flexibility. Before and after the program, participants will complete evaluations to measure changes in quality of life and perceived stress levels. Feedback will also be gathered through satisfaction questionnaires and interviews to assess the program's effectiveness.

Good fit: Ideal candidates for this program are adult employees at the cancer center who are willing to commit to attending all three sessions.
Not a fit: Patients who have previously participated in the MAEva program or those unable to attend all sessions may not benefit from this program.
Why it matters
