What this trial studies

This cluster randomized controlled trial evaluates the impact of a smartphone-based Healthy Lifestyle (HLS) intervention on the mental and physical health of firefighters in Tainan, Taiwan. Participants will use a Traditional Chinese version of the HLS mobile app, which aims to improve health outcomes and promote a healthier lifestyle compared to usual care. The study will assess the effectiveness of the app over a period of 3 to 6 months, focusing on reducing the risk of chronic diseases among firefighters.
