What this trial studies

This study aims to explore the perceptions of teachers, parents, and students regarding substance abuse prevention among adolescents. It will develop and assess the effectiveness of a bilingual, multicomponent School-based Substance Abuse Prevention Programme (SSPP) that includes psychoeducation, role-play, case-based scenarios, and storytelling. The program targets adolescents aged 13-15 years in selected public schools in Pokhara, Nepal, and seeks to enhance awareness, attitudes, peer pressure resistance, and life skills related to substance abuse prevention.

Inclusion Criteria:

* Adolescents of 13-15 years age group.
* Those who are studying in selected public Schools of Pokhara, Nepal.

Exclusion Criteria:

* o Adolescents who are not willing to provide informed consent (assent) and parental consent.

  * Adolescents who do not belong to Nepal.
  * Adolescents who are absent during data collection
