It focuses on providing personalized rehabilitation plans that address the unique needs and preferences of each patient, promoting better quality of life and reducing cancer-related symptoms. The study builds on Sweden's National Cancer Rehabilitation Programme, which emphasizes the importance of individualized care and the role of contact nurses in facilitating rehabilitation throughout the cancer journey.
