What this trial studies

The Pulmonary Embolism WArsaw REgistry (PE-aWARE) is an ongoing prospective observational study that collects extensive data on patients with confirmed acute pulmonary embolism (APE) at a single center. Since its initiation in January 2008, the registry aims to gather information on patient characteristics, management strategies, and outcomes to reduce mortality and complications associated with APE. Key endpoints include the occurrence of PE recurrences, bleeding complications, and mortality, which will help in developing predictive scores for better clinical management.
