What this trial studies
This observational study aims to characterize patients treated for ischemic stroke at the neurovascular unit of Pierre Wertheimer Hospital. It will gather data on patient demographics, risk factors, and the management of ischemic stroke, including pre-hospital and hospital care times, types of treatments administered (thrombolysis and/or thrombectomy), and the effectiveness of these interventions. The study will include patients hospitalized from January 2013 to December 2030, allowing for a comprehensive analysis of treatment outcomes over time.
Who should consider this trial
Good fit: Ideal candidates are adults over 18 years old who have been hospitalized for ischemic stroke and treated with thrombolysis or thrombectomy at the Pierre Wertheimer Hospital.
Not a fit: Patients who oppose participation in the research will not benefit from this study.

Inclusion Criteria: * \- Patients over 18 years old, * Hospitalization in the neurovascular unit of the Pierre Wertheimer Neurological Hospital (Hospices Civils de Lyon), * Ischemic stroke treated by thrombolysis and / or mechanical thrombectomy. Exclusion Criteria: * \- Opposition to this research.
