What this trial studies
This pilot study evaluates the safety and efficacy of ultrasound-guided pharmacopuncture for patients with spinal disorders. It involves collecting data on adverse reactions and treatment outcomes from outpatients scheduled for this specific treatment. Participants must be between 19 and 70 years old and provide informed consent to join the study.
Who should consider this trial
Good fit: Ideal candidates are outpatients aged 19 to 70 with diagnosed spinal disorders who are scheduled for ultrasound-guided pharmacopuncture.
Not a fit: Patients unable to provide consent or deemed unsuitable by the researcher will not benefit from this study.
Why it matters
Potential benefit: If successful, this study could provide a new, effective treatment option for patients suffering from neck and back pain.
How similar studies have performed: While this approach is relatively novel, similar studies have shown promise in evaluating alternative treatments for spinal disorders.
