Real Word European Registry of NTRK Fusions and Other Rare Actionable Fusions (TRacKING)

Observational Centre Leon Berard · NCT04921553

What this trial studies

This registry aims to document the real-life management of patients with rare actionable fusions in cancer, focusing on NTRK and other gene mutations. It involves collecting clinical data from medical files and administering a quality of life questionnaire (QLQ-C30) at the time of inclusion, during new treatments, and every six months thereafter. Patients will be followed for at least two years to better understand their treatment outcomes and quality of life. The initiative is a collaborative effort across European centers to enhance data sharing and improve patient management.

Who should consider this trial

Good fit: Ideal candidates are adults aged 18 and older with histologically-confirmed cancer harboring a rare actionable fusion.

Not a fit: Patients without a rare actionable fusion or those under 18 years old may not benefit from this registry.

Why it matters

Potential benefit: If successful, this registry could lead to improved treatment strategies and better quality of life for patients with rare actionable fusions in cancer.

How similar studies have performed: Other studies focusing on registries for rare cancers have shown promise in improving patient outcomes and treatment strategies.
