What this trial studies

This study aims to investigate long-term transplant-free survival and its determinants in patients diagnosed with pulmonary hypertension through right heart catheterization. It will collect data within a prospective registry at a single referral center in Giessen, Germany. The registry will help in understanding the progression of the disease and factors influencing patient outcomes over time.
