What this trial studies
The Young Adult Taking Action (YATAC) program is designed to assist young adult cancer survivors aged 18-39 in managing the challenges they face after treatment. This 16-week intervention focuses on various aspects of life, including physical activity, mental health, education, and relationships, through a person-centered and peer-based approach. The program aims to improve health-related quality of life (HRQoL) and self-efficacy by providing tailored support and resources. A feasibility study will assess the program's acceptability and effectiveness in the Municipality of Copenhagen.
Who should consider this trial
Good fit: Ideal candidates for this program are young adults aged 18-39 who are currently undergoing or have completed curative cancer treatment and report a need for rehabilitation.
Not a fit: Patients diagnosed with cancer before the age of 18 may not benefit from this program.

Inclusion Criteria: * Included participants will be between 18-39 years old with any cancer diagnosis, * Undergoing or having undergone curative intended cancer treatment * Reporting a rehabilitation need * Speaking and understanding the Danish language * Living in the Municipality of Copenhagen Exclusion Criteria: * Young people aged 18-39 who were diagnosed with cancer before the age of 18.
