This pilot study evaluates the implementation of the Incredible Years® 'Helping Preschool Children with Autism' program, aimed at equipping teachers of preschool children aged 2 to 5 years with effective strategies to support students with autism. The study will assess the feasibility of the program, focusing on teacher engagement, acceptability, and satisfaction. Approximately 40 teachers from mainstream schools will be randomly assigned to either an intervention or control group, with the intervention consisting of six weekly sessions. The study also aims to gather preliminary evidence on the program's effectiveness in enhancing teachers' skills and reducing burnout.
