What this trial studies
This study evaluates the effectiveness and cost-efficiency of Breaking Free Online, an online cognitive behavioral therapy program, for outpatients with substance use disorders. Participants will be randomized into three groups: one receiving standard care with group peer support, another with access to Breaking Free Online, and a third with both Breaking Free Online and individual peer support. The trial lasts eight weeks with a follow-up period of six months, focusing on outcomes such as substance use frequency, depression, anxiety, and overall quality of life.
Who should consider this trial

Not a fit: Patients with acute psychiatric conditions requiring immediate care or those with significant neurological disorders may not benefit from this study.
