What this trial studies
This observational cohort study aims to determine the incidence of new-onset or newly-diagnosed seizures in neonates. Researchers will utilize electroencephalography (EEG) to monitor brain electrical activity and diagnose seizures. In addition to EEG data, the study will collect demographic and medical history information to identify high-risk factors associated with neonatal seizures. The research will focus on newborns diagnosed with seizures within the first 28 days of life.

Inclusion Criteria: * Age from 0\~28 days; * Clinical diagnosed with seizure; * EEG diagnosed with seizure; * Parents who consent to their participation in the study; Exclusion Criteria: * Parents who will not comply to the needs and the design process.
