What this trial studies
This observational cohort study focuses on adults aged 90 and above from the Central Federal District of Russia. It aims to identify genetic, cellular, and molecular factors that contribute to healthy longevity, as well as the influence of lifestyle, socioeconomic, and environmental factors. Participants will undergo comprehensive assessments, including medical history, physical examinations, and various biomaterial sampling for extensive testing. Follow-up checks will occur annually to monitor health and longevity markers.
