What this trial studies

This clinical trial aims to evaluate the effectiveness of a novel massage technique based on fascia chain manipulation for treating chronic low back pain. Participants will be randomly assigned to either the experimental group receiving the new massage treatment or the control group receiving traditional Chinese massage. The study will utilize B-mode ultrasound, Vas score, and ODI score to assess the impact of the treatments over a course of two weeks. The goal is to establish a standardized procedure for this massage therapy and to create an ultrasonic standard for evaluating treatment outcomes.
