What this trial studies
This study investigates the effects of a non-surgical rehabilitation program for patients with anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) injuries. It aims to assess patient-reported outcomes, functional levels, and the rate at which patients opt for surgical treatment. The study will collect data on the effectiveness of rehabilitation as a treatment option for ACL injuries. Participants will be monitored throughout their rehabilitation process to evaluate their progress and outcomes.
Who should consider this trial
Good fit: Ideal candidates are individuals diagnosed with an ACL injury who have chosen rehabilitation as their treatment method.
Not a fit: Patients with other knee ligament instabilities, rheumatoid arthritis, or Morbus Bechterews Disease may not benefit from this study.
Why it matters
Potential benefit: If successful, this approach could provide an effective non-surgical treatment option for patients with ACL injuries.
How similar studies have performed: Other studies have shown promising results for non-surgical rehabilitation approaches in managing ACL injuries, indicating potential for success in this study.
