What this trial studies
This clinical trial tests a music-based program called 'Tuned In' aimed at improving mental well-being among adolescents in Hong Kong. Participants will be randomly assigned to either receive the program immediately or wait four weeks before starting. The program consists of weekly group sessions led by a facilitator with a psychology background and a registered music therapist. Participants will complete questionnaires before and after the program to assess changes in their emotional regulation, depressive symptoms, anxiety, and feelings of loneliness.

Why it matters
Potential benefit: If successful, this program could significantly enhance emotional regulation and reduce symptoms of depression, anxiety, and loneliness in adolescents.
