What this trial studies

This study aims to evaluate the feasibility and effectiveness of a multidisciplinary primary rehabilitation care approach for patients suffering from chronic musculoskeletal pain (CMP). It focuses on understanding the healthcare and societal costs associated with CMP, as well as the impact on patients' functioning and quality of care. The study will involve collaboration between primary and secondary care providers, utilizing a biopsychosocial model to address the complex needs of these patients. By analyzing different organizational structures, the study seeks to optimize treatment pathways for better patient outcomes.
