What this trial studies

This study involves the diagnosis and follow-up of patients with systemic lupus erythematosus at a multidisciplinary consultation in Brest, France. Participants will undergo a comprehensive clinical examination, along with biological and immunological blood tests, and may receive cutaneous or renal biopsies if necessary. Additionally, patients with joint involvement will have X-rays taken at the start and annually for five years, along with ultrasonographic examinations of joints and salivary glands as needed. The aim is to create a detailed lupus patient cohort for better understanding and management of the disease.

* women or men, more than 18 years old, coming to the multidisciplinary consultation in brest ( France).
* With written consentment

Exclusion Criteria:

* patients less than 18 years old
* refusing to participate
