What this trial studies

This study aims to investigate the sleep positions and behaviors of pregnant women, specifically focusing on how long they spend in different positions during the night and how frequently they change positions throughout their pregnancy. Participants will use a sleep monitor to track their sleep patterns, and the study will assess whether the use of an active pregnancy coach can improve these sleep behaviors. The research is conducted at Michigan Medicine, where eligible participants will be recruited.
