What this trial studies
This clinical trial evaluates the effectiveness of LinkPositively+, an enhanced mobile health app, in improving HIV care outcomes among Black women living with HIV who have experienced interpersonal violence. Participants will be randomly assigned to either the standard LinkPositively app or the enhanced version, with outcomes measured through hair sample analysis, medical record reviews, and self-reported data over a 6-month period. The study aims to address disparities in HIV care retention, antiretroviral therapy adherence, and viral suppression by leveraging social support networks and mindfulness practices.
