This study evaluates the effectiveness of a mindfulness-based training program for teachers and the implementation of the Social, Emotional, and Ethical Development (SEED) curriculum in kindergartens. It involves a randomized controlled trial with at least four kindergartens, where half will receive the training and curriculum while the other half will serve as a waitlist control. Teachers will undergo mindfulness training and complete assessments before and after the training, as well as one month later.
