What this trial studies
This study focuses on an 8-week Integrative-Mind-Body Skills Group (I-MBS-G) designed for medical graduate students to enhance their mental health through various holistic practices such as meditation, mindfulness, and relaxation techniques. Participants will be randomized into either the intervention group, which receives the I-MBS-G, or a control group that receives Treatment-As-Usual along with reading materials. The primary goal is to evaluate the feasibility and acceptability of this intervention, while secondary objectives include assessing its effectiveness in reducing anxiety and depression symptoms.
Who should consider this trial
Good fit: Ideal candidates for this study are medical graduate students aged 18 or older who experience moderate anxiety symptoms.
Not a fit: Patients with active suicidal ideation, current mania, or active psychosis may not benefit from this study.

Inclusion Criteria: * Students screened and admitted to the Student Mental Health Program. * Age 18 or older * A score of ≥ 4 on the Generalized Anxiety Disorder scale (GAD-7) * Able to attend weekly meeting times Exclusion Criteria: * Active SI * Current mania * Active psychosis
