What this trial studies
This study focuses on helping children with autism learn to identify and manage their emotions, particularly anxiety and anger. Through a series of sessions, participants will engage in activities that promote emotional recognition and regulation, starting with positive emotions and gradually addressing more challenging feelings. The program includes relaxation exercises and social tools, culminating in the design of a personalized cognitive-behavioral intervention plan.
