What this trial studies

This study aims to control risk factors associated with non-communicable diseases through lifestyle and care interventions facilitated by internet technology. It focuses on improving conditions such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular complications, diabetes, and reducing overall mortality. The approach includes a cross-sectional survey to collect health data from residents, followed by community-based randomized controlled interventions targeting various risk factors like obesity, hypertension, and dyslipidemia. Participants will be divided into intensive and standard intervention groups to assess the effectiveness of these lifestyle changes.

Who should consider this trial

Good fit: Ideal candidates are men and women over 25 years old with two or more risk factors for non-communicable diseases.

Not a fit: Patients with severe heart failure, hepatic failure, renal failure, malignant tumors, or those planning pregnancy may not benefit from this study.

Why it matters
