What this trial studies

REFLECTION is a multi-center, observational study that aims to enroll around 17,000 individuals who have chosen to undergo screening with the Galleri® test, a blood-based multi-cancer early detection tool. The study will gather data on the real-world application and effectiveness of Galleri® in clinical settings. Participants will provide informed consent and complete questionnaires to help researchers understand their experiences with the test. This study does not involve any exclusion criteria, making it inclusive for a wide range of participants.

Good fit: Ideal candidates for this study are individuals aged 22 and older who have been ordered the Galleri® test by a healthcare provider.

Not a fit: Patients who are under 22 years old or those who have not been ordered the Galleri® test will not benefit from this study.

Inclusion Criteria:

Participants are eligible to be included in the study only if all of the following criteria apply:

* Participant has the ability to understand and the willingness to sign a written informed consent form (ICF);
* Participant is at least 22 years old at the time of consent;
* A provider or their designee has ordered the Galleri® test; and
* Participant has the ability to comprehend the participant questionnaires.

Exclusion Criteria:

* There are no exclusions
