What this trial studies
This study evaluates how laughter yoga can impact pain, fatigue, and overall well-being in cancer patients and their caregivers. Participants will be randomly assigned to either a laughter yoga intervention group, which will attend six sessions over two weeks, or a control group. The laughter yoga sessions combine laughter with breathing techniques and aim to enhance psychological and physiological health. Outcomes will be measured using validated scales for pain, fatigue, and general well-being before and after the intervention.
