What this trial studies

This observational study aims to explore the factors influencing body image among women of reproductive age, specifically focusing on the connections between physical activity, body mass index, and body image, as well as the relationship between body image, premenstrual syndrome, and sleep quality. Participants will complete a series of online questionnaires assessing various aspects of their health and lifestyle. The study will involve approximately 500 women aged 18 to 45, who will be selected through targeted sampling, and data will be analyzed using statistical methods to identify significant correlations. * older than 45 years
