What this trial studies
This study aims to enhance participation in colorectal cancer home testing in Croatia by utilizing behavioral and cultural insights. It involves a mixed-methods approach, combining quantitative methods, such as sending reminder letters to encourage responses to screening invitations, with qualitative research to understand barriers and motivators for participation. The study targets individuals aged 50-74 who have not responded to previous screening invitations, aiming to improve completion rates of home testing kits. The intervention includes standard and behaviorally informed letters along with the provision of home testing kits.
