What this trial studies

This study explores a pragmatic strategy to enhance cognitive screening rates among older adults in community settings. It involves a cluster-randomized approach comparing various combinations of subjective cognitive decline questionnaires, digital cognitive tests, and blood biomarkers for Alzheimer's Disease. Participants will be older adults attending social and cultural centers in the greater Munich area, and qualitative interviews will be conducted with general practitioners and patients to assess the acceptability of the new screening strategy. The initiative aims to provide insights into effective early recognition and prevention of dementia.
