What this trial studies

This study focuses on patients with bipolar disorder who experience sleep and circadian rhythm disturbances. It aims to evaluate the effectiveness of luminotherapy and a psychoeducation program in alleviating these symptoms. The approach combines light exposure therapy with educational support to improve overall patient well-being and reduce the risk of mood relapses. Participants will be monitored for changes in sleep patterns and mood stability throughout the intervention.
