What this trial studies

This study aims to enhance sleep hygiene practices among older adults aged 50-80 by providing educational interventions. Participants will be divided into three groups: one receiving a one-time educational video, another receiving the video plus daily text message reminders, and a control group with no intervention. The effectiveness of these interventions will be assessed using both subjective measures and objective data collected from wearable technology over a six-week period. Participants will track their sleep patterns and physiological markers to evaluate improvements in sleep health.
