What this trial studies
This study evaluates the effectiveness of a psychoeducational intervention designed to enhance sleep health among university students. The intervention consists of three structured sessions over three weeks, focusing on sleep knowledge, behavioral strategies, and the relationship between stress and sleep. Participants will complete online questionnaires and maintain a sleep diary at various time points to assess changes in their sleep health. A process evaluation will also be conducted to gather feedback on the intervention's content and delivery.
Who should consider this trial
Good fit: Ideal candidates are university students aged 18-30, enrolled at Université Laval, who may or may not have sleep difficulties.
Not a fit: Patients currently using prescription sleep medication or those with serious medical conditions or suicidal risk may not benefit from this study.

Inclusion Criteria: * Students registered at Université Laval (either part-time or full-time) * Aged between 18-30 years old * With or without any sleep difficulties Exclusion Criteria: * Use of prescription sleep medication * Diagnosed medical condition (diabetes, cancer, cardiovascular disease, chronic pain, etc.) * Currently with a suicidal risk
