What this trial studies

The PROMESS project aims to enhance sleep quality and reduce fatigue among 4th and 5th-year medical students at the Faculty of Medicine of Lyon Est. Over an 11-week intervention, participants will complete questionnaires and wear actimeters to monitor their sleep patterns. They will also engage in three personalized sessions with a sleep expert to assess their sleep and fatigue levels and set individualized goals for improvement. This program addresses the high prevalence of sleep issues among medical students, which can negatively impact their academic performance and overall health.

* Being a 4th-year or a 5th-year medical student at the Faculty of Medicine Lyon East during the academic year 2023-2024.
