What this trial studies
The PROMESS project aims to enhance sleep quality and reduce fatigue among 4th and 5th-year medical students at the Faculty of Medicine of Lyon Est. They will also engage in three personalized sessions with a sleep expert to assess their sleep and fatigue levels and set individualized goals for improvement.
