What this trial studies
This study implements a Whole Health Bundle intervention aimed at enhancing the well-being of hospitalized patients at the VA Ann Arbor Healthcare System. Utilizing a quasi-experimental pre-test/post-test design, the study will evaluate patient satisfaction and perceptions of the hospital environment through surveys sent to discharged patients. Additionally, qualitative assessments will be conducted to gather insights on patient experiences and identify barriers and facilitators to improving wellness. The intervention focuses on addressing multiple aspects of health, including physical, mental, and spiritual wellness.

Good fit: Ideal candidates for this study are adult patients hospitalized on medical and medical/surgical units at the VA Ann Arbor Healthcare System.
Not a fit: Patients who cannot speak English or are cognitively impaired may not benefit from this study.
