What this trial studies

This project is a randomized controlled trial conducted at the Tallahassee Orthopedic Clinic, exploring the effects of psychoeducation on pain relief during mindfulness interventions. Patients will be divided into five groups, each receiving different combinations of psychoeducation and mindfulness practices. The aim is to determine if providing psychoeducation about mindfulness enhances the effectiveness of pain relief strategies. Participants will be assessed for their pain levels before and after the interventions.
