What this trial studies

This clinical trial aims to evaluate the effectiveness of an intervention designed to enhance mental health literacy among adolescents. Participants will be randomly assigned to one of three groups: an automated online intervention, a blended intervention that includes live sessions with a psychologist, or a waitlist control group. The study will assess the impact of these interventions on mental health outcomes and academic performance over three time points: pre-intervention, post-intervention, and follow-up. The trial will involve approximately 264 high school students, focusing on various mental health issues and academic resilience.
