What this trial studies
This study aims to pilot-test a supportive intervention for prostate cancer survivors in primary care, focusing on symptom management and self-reporting through an interactive app. Over six months, participants will engage in health dialogues with a dedicated nurse while reporting their symptoms via the app. The goal is to compare this intervention with standard care to assess its effectiveness in improving quality of life and managing ongoing symptoms after treatment.
Who should consider this trial
Good fit: Ideal candidates are men diagnosed with prostate cancer who have completed curative treatment and can read and understand Swedish.
Not a fit: Patients who are not physically, psychologically, or cognitively able to participate in the study may not benefit from this intervention.

Inclusion Criteria: * patients with prostate cancer at the end of curative treatment * able to read and understand Swedish * considered being physically, psychologically and cognitively able to participate in the study
