What this trial studies

This study aims to enhance HIV and syphilis testing, increase condom use, and promote PrEP uptake among sexual minority men and American Indian men in rural Oklahoma. It employs an online intervention called e-HERO, which consists of 10 interactive modules designed to improve knowledge and self-efficacy regarding HIV and STI prevention. Participants will be randomly assigned to either the e-HERO intervention or a control group receiving standard information. The study will also include virtual group discussions with peer mentors to foster community support and engagement.
