What this trial studies
This interventional program aims to assess and improve vascular health among Tyrolean adults through a one-time health examination and ongoing motivational support. Participants will undergo a comprehensive evaluation of their vascular health using the Life's Essential 8 criteria, which include factors like blood pressure and physical activity. The study will collect various biological samples and lifestyle data to identify risk factors and potential biomarkers related to cardiovascular and neurodegenerative health. Inclusion Criteria: * Signed informed consent of subject * Main area of residence in Innsbruck and Innsbruck-Land Exclusion Criteria: * People who are suspended upon a court order or upon other legal processes or are accommodated according ot the Hospitalization Act, or for whom a custodian is appointed (or appointment is inititated) * Persons with impaired power of judgement * Persons who are currently engaged in military or community service
